Belhaven smokehouse smoked haddock
cullen skink, curried oil

Haggis neeps & tatties;
Baked cod, Hornig’s haggis crust, neep
puree, crispy potato, pickled vegetables

Roe Deer;
Braised shoulder of venison, stewed red cabbage,
dauphinoise potatoes, kale & parsnip puree

Cranachan trifle;
Oatmeal, honey comb, berries,
whisky custard, chantilly cream

Selection of Scottish cheese, oatcakes, chutney
