Burns Supper 2018 – Bill O Fare

Friday 26th January

Some hae meat that canna eat,
And some wad eat that want it;
But we hae meat, and we can eat,
And sae the Lord be thankit.

Canapes – Pea & ham;
Shredded ham haunch, pea & chervil foam

Cup of soup;
Belhaven smokehouse smoked haddock
cullen skink, curried oil

Haggis neeps & tatties;
Baked cod, Hornig’s haggis crust, neep
puree, crispy potato, pickled vegetables

Pie & beans;
Braised shoulder of venison & cannellini bean butter pastry pie,
dauphinoise potatoes, kale & parsnip puree

Cranachan trifle;
Oatmeal, honey comb, berries,
whisky custard, chantilly cream
