Join us for our Hogmanay Celebrations, 5 Course set menu with a toast at the bells and Ceilidh dancing into the wee sma’ hours!!

Starters

Slow cooked Moroccan spiced lamb cutlets, fragrant
cous cous, raita dressing, pomegranate

Baked haddock, smoked haddock scotch egg,
Cullen skink sauce, crispy leeks

John Gilmour’s Tweed Valley beef plate;
Tartare, carpaccio & croquette

Stuffed onion; leek, gruyere
cheese & pine nuts, sage cream

Herb crust goat’s cheese fondant., toasted hazelnuts,
pickled beetroot carpaccio, beetroot remoulade

Mains

Suckling pig, pork & black pudding sausage roll,
rhubarb sauce, champ potatoes, seasonal carrots

Tweed Valley fillet steak, roast cevenne onion,
crispy potato, celeriac puree, port jus

Roast halibut, crispy prawns, asparagus two ways,
rosti potato, tarragon hollandaise

Spelt risotto, wild mushrooms, Dunlop blue cheese
bridie, pont neuf potato, bean cassoulet

Loin of Venison, braised red cabbage, Hornig’s haggis bon bon,
dauphinoise potato, parsnip puree, parsnip crisps
