Grilled tandoori tiger king prawns, spiced onions,
garlic & coriander puri, mango & cucumber raita

Sun Inn prawn & crayfish cocktail,
Marie rose sauce, crisp baby gem

Whole baked crab shell filled with crab,
prawn & crayfish, brioche & cheddar crust, frisee leaf

Shetland Mussels cooked in;
- Classic Mariniere; white wine, garlic & cream
- Chorizo & cider; Aspall cider, spiced Spanish paprika sausage
- Thai Green curry sauce
