Sourdough bread, tomato & garlic acete dip, fresh mixed olives

STARTERS

Roast pigeon breast, cauliflower puree,
crispy macaroni cheese, blackberries, port jus

Whipped goat’s cheese, beetroot, parmesan
crisp, frissee leaves, radishes & figs

FISH

Lemon sole fillet stuffed with hot smoked salmon, brown shrimps,
dill cream, cucumber, avocado, tomato salsa

MAINS

Fillet of Tweed Valley beef wellington, dauphinoise
potatoes, stuffed cevenne onion, Rioja jus

Pork fillet stuffed with Hornig’s black pudding & apricots, rosti potato,
cabbage & bacon, toffee apple, apple & cider cream
