Turkey Ballotine; turkey breast wrapped in bacon stuffed with pork,
sage & apricot stuffing, roast potatoes, stock pot carrot,
creamed sprouts with chestnut, proper gravy

Braised blade of beef, horseradish mash,
pearl onion & bacon gravy, roasted carrots & parsnips

Posh fish & chips; Breaded cod chunk, pea puree,
proper chips & chunky tartare sauce
