The passion and expertise that made the Sun Inn Scottish Gastropub of the Year (2011) come from our team of chefs, waiters and bar and hotel staff. Led by father and son team Ian and Craig Minto, everyone at the Inn is dedicated to providing the best service and the warmest of welcomes.
Our head chefs Lee and Christy are the brains behind the Sun Inn’s award-winning food. They work alongside their highly-trained kitchen team to develop and cook delicious meals using fresh, locally-sourced products. The kitchen staff are ably supported by our waiting, bar and hotel team, all of whom are all led by Gill, all of whom maintain our reputation for friendly, attentive service.
